01 / FrameStructured experimentation
Turn a commercial question into a clear plan, a measured change and a useful review conversation.
Independent role information
Peladuron is a practical guide to the judgement, communication and review work that can sit inside a PPC specialist role. It is not a vacancy, recruitment service, campaign offer or performance promise.

The role, in plain language
The work can involve research, structure, messaging, measurement and review. The useful part is not pretending that a single dashboard number speaks for itself; it is making the question, evidence and trade-off visible to the people deciding what to do next.
That means holding a commercial aim alongside the limits of the information available.
The signal wall
01 / FrameTurn a commercial question into a clear plan, a measured change and a useful review conversation.
02 / ReadLook past a single number to understand context, trade-offs and the quality of the evidence.
03 / ExplainExplain choices in language that helps colleagues reach a better next decision together.

A review ledger
A useful record can be short. It holds what the team was trying to understand, what changed, what was observed and what remains open.
Evidence lanes
What commercial or customer question is the work meant to help a team understand?
What terms, pages, messages or market conditions might shape the result?
What happened around the work that changes how a result should be read?
What does the available evidence still not allow anyone to conclude?
A review conversation
Good PPC work makes it possible for creative, technical and commercial colleagues to see the same decision from their own angle. A review is more useful when uncertainty is named rather than hidden.

Decision board
What exact decision is the team trying to make, and what would make that decision less speculative?
A role brief
It is possible to learn the craft through small, real questions, a visible record and an honest review.
Choose a purpose that can be explained to a teammate without technical theatre.
Use a deliberate, limited change rather than a pile of disconnected activity.
Keep the result beside the conditions, exceptions and unanswered questions.

The individual craft
A specialist can bring rigour by asking better questions, stating limits and making decisions easier to explain. That is different from making grand claims about a future result.
Role reading
Begin with a person, a decision and an observable next step.
Read the noteResults become more useful when their surrounding conditions remain visible.
Read the noteLimits in the evidence can strengthen rather than weaken a review.
Read the noteA shared decision
The useful output is not just a report. It is a team that can name the question, inspect the evidence and choose a sensible next action together.
